The sculpture Dynamikon belongs to the most recent period of my work, in which I am concerned with joining figurative and abstract form — a kind of “machinism”, for instance joining an animal and a machine, the result being, with some exaggeration, my vision of a biomechanical product of the future. How the sculpture is read in that context I gladly leave to each viewer.
