Light-Bearer

The Light-Bearer travels through the landscape of an industrial world and sends out hope for the future. It is matter full of energy, reshaped into a thought, a vision, a path towards the space of its own searching. It runs through our bodies, our hearts and our minds — we can light it at any time. The bearer of light reminds me of the age and the ideas of Jules Verne, which lit up the world of their day. And the exchange between the light-bearer and the seven-branched candlestick opposite, as they pass energy to one another, is a symbolic testimony to the right path, one we have been walking for millions of years.
