Matija Jankovič

Matija Jankovič is an artist and glass designer, a student in the Glass Design studio (headed by Professor Petr Stanický) at the Faculty of Multimedia Communications of Tomas Bata University in Zlín. He locks action into fused glass pictures and documents the record of the marks made while playing the drums. Among his student works is the object Čokanj — a small bottle used for drinking rakija in the Balkans, its form inspired by a minaret.
